The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Your 2-room suite provides all of the comforts you need, and convenience to Hendersonville, Asheville, and Lake Lure. The living room has a T.V., fireplace, and dining area, and the bedroom has a bed, closet, and dresser. A private bathroom is included. Our beautiful yard has a goldfish pond, and lounge chairs. In the morning we provide a self-serve breakfast of toast, cereal, fruit, coffee and tea. Your suite has a microwave, toaster, and refrigerator, and a private entrance.
