Welcome to the beautiful Folsom City. Our house was built in 1989. This house is very comfortable and warm. The community here is safe and quiet. Our house is not only suitable for family outings, but also for business trips. It is fully equipped to make you feel at home. Whether you are relaxing or working on a business trip, Within a 4- to 10-minute drive, there are shopping malls, shops, restaurants and conveniences of all sizes. It is only about a 3-minute drive from Folsom down town.

Welcome you to private studio with separate self-check-in entrance, and an exterior security camera to monitor the sloped driveway with a free 1 uncovered parking space. Enjoy this private suite with full bathrooms, kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, washer and dryer.

Note: I've blocked some dates that can be made available, just message me. Welcome to our Cozy Studio Cottage! The cottage is located next to our property. You'll have the cottage all to yourself! We are at the end of a long cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping and concert halls are nearby. Feel free to book instantly. Four people are welcome but it's not really big so ask if you have questions. We look forward to your stay or return!!
