An old house preserved inside a new house, this was our idea behind our construction. You can feel an nostalgic authentic kerala old house feeling right at the centre of the city, that too in a neat ambience. - After the booking has been confirmed, you have to give/share us a ID proof(For Indians, will prefer Aadhar Card) and your personal email_id.

Art Studio-

The Art Studio is a multi-level apartment that is part of my house and has a separate entrance. The ground level features a pool , gazebo and an organic farm/garden , while the first level includes a bedroom, dining / library area, kitchen, and a bathroom. The second level houses the art studio and a gym, and the third level is a private terrace.
