Occupants upstairs include a hypo-allergenic dog who may bark when he first hears you enter the separate entrance. But will quiet right down after saying hi from behind the door.

All this is set on a 55 acre organic farm. We have a 10 kw solar panel, native plant nursery as well as heritage breed cattle, turkeys and chickens.
