It has a full kitchen and a private balcony. It's within walking distance to Gulf World, Pier Park, and many restaurants. The bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower. This room has its own washer/Dryer. It also has a Beachside café and seasonally heated pool on the property!

This unit is located right across from the Gulf of Mexico with two beach accesses (#70 and #71). Only 2 miles from Pier Park (shopping and dining) and 3 miles from Frank Brown Recreational facility. On-site: Visit the condo office Mon-Fri between 2-4pm. The fee will be a total of $30.
