The apartment is newly furnished and detailed with a rustic feel. It is on the ground floor of a residence and has a private driveway and entrance. There is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open concept living room with a full kitchen featuring granite counters and stainless appliances. The bathroom has a tile shower, and there is in-floor heat throughout.

We are located 100 yards from the downtown area, and 300 yards from Lake Flower, but in a nice residential spot. We grow our own food in our front yard and on our large porch. Very close to canoe and kayak rentals, and minutes away from 3 boat launches and boat rentals. 1 block from new Adirondack RAIL TRAIL. We are 5 minutes from Saranac Lake, 10 Minutes from Lake Placid, and 25 minutes from Whiteface. Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.

The apartment is above the garage which is separate from the house.
