Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.

Being so close to the Shotover River and The Queenstown Bike Trail, you can also bike to the Gibbston Valley wineries, Queenstown, or Arrowtown easily.

The Studio Unit doesn't offer cooking facilities, however we are sure that the close proximity to local Cafes, Restaurants, a Boutique Brewery and Takeaways which are all within walking distance, will be to your liking. It is only a short drive to world-class Restaurants, Golf Courses, and Wineries.
