Una comoda casetta di 35mq dallo stile curato e minimalista, che include una camera ampia completa di letto matrimoniale in un’alcova ariosa e di due divani letto singoli, un bagno completo con doccia e un ampio terrazzo con vista su mandorli e ulivi di oltre 100mq, in cui si trova la cucina esterna. La Casetta si trova a breve distanza da Casa Romanello, la nostra altra proprietà con cui condivide la bella piscina, ma ha spazi aperti separati che ne garantiscono la privacy.

The small holiday home "Il Pino" is only a few steps away from the sea as well, surrounded by mediterrean vegetation, like oleanders, carube- and eukalytus trees. It has one master bedroom and one small bedroom with a single bed or bunk beds, dining area with kitchen, shower + WC, TV-Sat, air conditioning, wifi connection and a terrace. An outdoor shower is located in the garden next to the house. A parking space next to the holiday home is available too.
