French doors open on to a deck overlooking a pond and back yard. This studio is attached to our home, but has a private entrance, fully stocked kitchen and bath. It feels like you are in the country but only minutes from town, the Arkansas River, and trails. A great place to stay while whitewater rafting the Royal Gorge, mtn biking, climbing, or just want to take in a meal downtown and relax on the private deck. The studio offers a queen size bed and a small couch that folds out into a bed.

The Peakview Cabin faces West, providing mountain backdrops and scenes of native pinyon pines and juniper for you to enjoy. Relax in the evening by the propane fire pit at your personal outdoor area in Adirondack chairs. The A-frame cabin features a cozy living area, a kitchenette, one bedroom, and private bathroom and shower. With one queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sized pull out sofa in the living room, we recommend the Peakview cabin for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 kids.

Deluxe Cabin on the Arkansas River D2

This Deluxe cabin located in the Sweetwater River Resort is a nature-lover’s, outdoor enthusiast’s, fly-fishing-fanatic’s dream nestled on the banks of the beautiful juniper-lined Arkansas River. The property has over a mile of river access, 0.6 of a mile on both sides with easy access to the river on trails that parallel the river. To access the opposite side of the river from the campground, an elevated swinging bridge is suspended across the river.

Liz's Little Gypsy Caravan W/ Hot tub , Round 2

This is a very small but cozy and comfortable gypsy caravan that I built myself. The location is beautiful, nestled at the southern side of the Arkansas River Valley , the area is quiet and scenic, with amazing views. Although the caravan is small , we have 2 + creek side acres with hammocks and a hot tub. Also, we have begun building another, larger caravan and a lavish bath house adjoining the hot tub area due to be completed spring of 2025.
