The house offer a gorgeous 180° sea view on the atlantic ocean. You see from the house Cotillo to the west, the island of Lanzarote and the small island of Los lobos. It is located 10 minutes from Corralejo and 5 minutes from Lajares. The place is wonderfull to stay for people who wants to relax, enjoy the nature, surf sports, bicycle and many more... You will enjoy this villa for the unique view on the atlantic ocean. For security reason, all payment has to be made thanks to Airbnb platform.

The apartment is located in a large nature reserve and offers unobstructed views of the Atlantic. Aguas Verdes is located centrally on the island, which makes towns and beaches easily accessible.

New villa on top of a hill, 3 double king bedrooms ensuite, one 4 person bedroom, each bedroom has its own bathroom, toilet and shower, large living room with open kitchen, electric oven and gas fireplace, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, inside dining room seats 10, outside dining seats 10, 5m x 15m pool with 1,4m depth and outside heated shower, separate BBQ and fire pit area, south facing, protected from wind. Terras in front and back of the house. Separate wash and dryer room.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Esta en una urbanización cerrada con piscina y muy fácil acceso a todos los servicios y comercios. Es mi casa para mis largas estancias en la isla, reformada y decorada con la máxima calidad y cuidado.

Construida con piedra, madera, vidrio y otros materiales naturales, la villa resalta la conexión con la naturaleza de Fuerteventura. Quizás por eso aquí siempre se respira una atmósfera especial de serenidad, paz y protección.

Blue Shore apartment is a very big and spacious two bedroom flat with wooden floors and wooden beams, it gives you a feeling of calmness and tranquillity from the first moment you walk in. One bedroom has a romantic raised double room with 1 extra king size bed (more than 2mt wide). The 2nd bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds. It’s nicely decorated and has an amazing view on the garden. Only adults, being a house for yoga retreats, children are not accepted.
