There is a fully-equipped kitchen, full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. The ceilings are 9-feet high, giving a feeling of extra space in this 420-sq. foot guest house.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. While being only 15 miles from the nightlife of downtown Gainesville, this is country living at it best. With no street lights the stars are bright and easily counted. The mornings are bright and full of the music of bird songs. The cute 2 bedroom apartment (one double bed, two single beds) is on the SECOND FLOOR. It is easy to get lost in the whisper of the trees. This is a place to rest your soul and unwind.

Close to Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park, Micanopy's unique downtown and a short easy drive to UF campus. North of Micanopy on Highway 441 across from Lake Wauberg. A common private driveway from the highway leads up to our two story home and two story detached garage. Uber not a good option. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers; and great for Gator friends and fans. Smoke free and no pets please.

Private entrance to guesthouse with shared brick courtyard and parking.
