It is a fully detached Villa with living area of 400 m2, with a large private pool of 50 m2 and a beautiful garden of 1,500 m2 with roses, olive trees, palm trees and many plants. It is a perfect home for a memorable and relaxing family vacation.

Apartment "Romantic pop" is situated a few minutes from the beach and Lungomare area, Max city center (shopping mall) and in front of new pool, fitness and sauna center. In the neighborhood you can find also post office, caffe bars, tennis courts, restaurants, ecc. and a hospital is 10 minutes away by walk. Villa Domenica Medellin 5 is a new villa with modern design and luxurious furnishings. There are 5 bedrooms with king size double beds. Each bedroom has its own toilet, shower, wardrobe, flat screen TV, air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a closed spa area with a sauna, jacuzzi, bathroom and shower. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch). Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer.

Villa Marina is a spacious object of 300 m2 living space and can comfortably accommodate 12 people. It is recognizable by beautiful and heated swimming pool, surrounded with a garden of 800 m2, BBQ area, free parking and WiFi. It's located between National park Brijuni, Fažana and the city center of Pula, which is only 3 km far, as well as the nearest beach. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price.

This place is intended for guests looking for peace, privacy and relaxation, and is not suitable for loud groups or parties. Guests are welcome to relax by the pool, listen to music and enjoy their holiday. Our goal is simply to maintain a pleasant atmosphere. I live on the property with my two small Maltese dogs. During your stay, I only use the yard for maintenance, so you will rarely see me, but I am always happy to help with local recommendations and advice.

The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.
