Arjeplog med omgivning är ett paradis för den som gillar att vandra, bada, fiska, och åka skidor. På vintern har skidbacken Galtis öppet och stugan ligger i anslutning till backen. Njut av den mysiga bastun efter din utomhusaktivitet. Känn er välkomna att tända en brasa i eldstaden vid sidan om huset. Fjällstugan ligger 13 km öster om Arjeplog.

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla by, 16 km väster om Arjeplog. Stugan är omgiven av skog. På andra sidan byavägen finns Sveriges 10:e största sjö, Uddjaure. Racksund är ett perfekt ställe att utgå ifrån om man är intresserad av friluftsliv, vandring och fiske eller bara vill lyssna på tystnaden.
