The apartment has been updated with new flooring, paint, furnishings, cold AC, etc. It is located behind the main house in a separate building with a private entrance and a parking area for use by guests. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.
