Meat Cove Campground (Cabin #1)

Each camp cabin sleeps 3 people comfortably. Inside each cabin is one double/single bed (with mattress). A table and chairs and 6 foot shaded deck with table outside. The cabins have solar power. (Small lamp and a place to charge small devices. You must also bring all of your own bedding (sleeping bags, pillows, blankets, etc) and all of your own cooking supplies (pots/pans, cups, plates, silverware) These cabins do not have any plumbing or heat. Hot showers and flush toilets are below the cabin

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located chalet. Relax in this quaint cabin situated directed on the groomed snowmobile trail, equipped with full kitchen, laundry, heated/AC. For the winter enthusiastic, leave directly with your snowmobile or SxS for adventures on the trails. If hitting the local beaches on a hot sunny day, then Beresford and Youghall beach are each situated only 7klms away. And let's not forget the local breweries in Bathurst the & famous Papineau Falls hiking.

For your winter adventure we are located 200 feet off S/M trail # 48.

Relax at this beautiful heated/AC cabin. The cabin is located next to a dirt road that is 13 km from Lac Antinouri. In the summer this scenic drive can be done by truck or ATV. For your grocery, pharmaceutical and “spirits “ requirements, Petit Rocher is 14 km away whereas Bathurst is 26 km. Whether it’s hunting, ATVing, hiking, kayaking, or just enjoying the beautiful Bay of Chaleur area, this cozy cabin gives you a place to relax and kick your feet up when your day is through!

Our 3 year old cabin sits above the Southwest Miramichi River and is surrounded by 4 acres of woods, located less than 20 minutes from downtown Newcastle (Miramichi). You will not see or hear any neighbours while you relax on the large deck watching the resident eagles soar above the river. Cabin includes new furnishings, full bathroom with tub/shower, fully equipped kitchen and 43” TV with DVD player for rainy days.
