Maple Syrup Sugarhouse Studio Apartment

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at Butternut Maple Farm in the heart of Burton Township right by the Geauga County Fairgrounds and just miles from Amish Country. This private brand new, fully furnished smoke-free studio apartment is on the second floor of the sugarhouse with a gorgeous attached deck perfect for your morning coffee. During maple sugar season (January-March), you receive front row seats to watch and/or participate in making our award winning organic maple syrup.

Cozy apartment with private entrance attached to historic house. Central location in this charming tourist village of Chagrin Falls, a short walk to the natural waterfalls, over 20 great restaurants, two ice cream shops & boutique shopping. Low ceilings & compact bathroom, but full kitchen and parking for one car. Non-smokers only. No pets - out of consideration for future guests. Guests must be able to climb stairs to access apartment. Air conditioning is available during the summer season.

Chardon Loft

Large private 2nd floor studio style living area with queen size bed, couch, table/chairs, TV, refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, NO OVEN OR STOVE TOP, sink, large shower, A/C, heat, washer and dryer, and deck. Wifi internet is provided. The television has Netflix. No cable channels. The furnace is nontraditional. It is not located in a closet. The noise when running and starting will be louder than normal during winter months. Ear plugs are available for those that are noise sensitive.

Lakeview Retreat

Enjoy the unobstructed lake views very close to downtown Chardon, several golf courses, the Holden Arboretum, Alpine Valley Skiing, and adjacent to Bass Lake's amenities. Inside, you'll love the cozy fireplace, 4 season porch, 4K TV, games, and puzzles. You can also just sit and relax while enjoying the view with a glass of wine in the enclosed porch. There is even a writing desk with views of the lake. Well-mannered dogs are welcome. We have the highest reviews/year in the area!

Rustic Rock Lake Cabin

Comfy one room cabin on private 1 acre lake. Sleeps 6 with two sets bunk beds, 2 cots. Glampers enjoy Solar power, gas stove, frig/freezer, Privy, outdoor hot shower and sink, and safe drinking water at pump. Catch and release fishing with your own gear. Bring life jackets to enjoy paddle boating, kayaking, swimming. Firewood on site, 20 minutes from Route 90, Buckeye Trail, Geauga and Lake County Parks, Lake Erie Beaches, wineries, Amish country, and historic Chardon Square.

WELCOME to our FARM! Our second story, 2 bedroom apartment has a king master, full size second bed and a pull out full-size sleeper couch. It is a quiet place to enjoy the private entrance guesthouse on our family farm. Relax outside on the small deck, hike and explore our 78 acre farm, or cuddle up on the couch and have a quiet night-in at our farmhouse apartment. Easy access to Cleveland, Akron and Amish Country. We are always available nearby to make your stay enjoyable!

Davis Ranch 5 Bedrooms Sleeps 10 & 3 1/2 baths

Overlooking Davis Lake, beautiful sunrises & 8 Acres. Will rent to 2 - 10 people on any given night. Guests will have the entire home as Host does not book more than one guest. No 1 Night stays please. Children under 2 there is no charge. Dogs no charge. I believe in making your stay a very memorable occasion. Please read the reviews that really tell the Ranch Story. The Mill House

The Mill House, built in 1890, sits in downtown Chagrin Falls, a former mill town with a history of 9 mills powered by the Chagrin River. Settlers in the mills' early days lived in the village's old homes, inspiring the name "Mill House." Nearby, you'll find restaurants, coffee shops, stores, a grocery, pharmacy, the famous popcorn shop, waterfalls, and the historic Chagrin Falls Hardware. We only accept guests that have reviews.

The apartment is above a detached garage. The spacious floor plan is modern and fresh, on-site laundry, a full kitchen, walk-in closet and large private bathroom, this apartment feels just like home. Long term lease is available for a discounted rate. The apartment is located on a busy street (“busy” for a small town) you will hear cars and motorcycles drive by. Please take this into consideration when booking.
