Our cozy and comfy 2 bdrm cottage is all yours to enjoy with a stocked kitchen, queen bed in one bedroom, 2 twins in the other, and a great couch. Come to relax and see our lovely farm, visit nearby Amish country, state parks, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country we offer. We are 45 minutes from Cleveland’s museums and events. Enjoy the unobstructed lake views very close to downtown Chardon, several golf courses, the Holden Arboretum, and Alpine Valley Skiing. We are a short walk to Bass Lake and its amenities. Inside, you'll love the cozy fireplace, 3 season porch, 4K TV, games, and puzzles. You can also just sit and relax while enjoying the view with a glass of wine in the enclosed porch. There is even a writing desk with views of the lake. Well-mannered dogs are welcome as long as they stay off the furniture.

Newly built Solar powered 1 BR Private detached garage apartment with loft. This charming pet friendly hideout is situated on a 1.5 acre partially wooded lot. The apartment is equipped with brand new appliances, beautiful wood accents, a cozy loft accessed via ladder, and a wonderful fenced in area for guest dogs! A laundry room is available for guest use in the garage below. Less than 10 min from Chagrin Falls, 30 min to CVNP, 30 min from CLE airport. Convenient keypad entry to apartment.

Our Farmhouse is a unique and tranquil getaway. Watch the sunrise from the deck overlooking our lake with a cup of coffee and the sunset from the porch rockers. Fill your days on our lake property enjoying the beach, swimming, fishing, or picnicking. Skiing is also an option along with hiking or biking in our beautiful park districts. Our Farmhouse is located in the heart of Amish country. And in the spring, take a walk through our woods and watch the Maple Syrup production on our farm.

Gull Cottage - Great Views - Lake Erie Waterfront

Gull Cottage is a beautiful, historic lakefront home with huge picture windows overlooking a large back yard and lake Erie, with expansive views of the lake from almost every room. It has a deck with a grill. High speed internet, smart TV, washer and dryer, 2 car garage. Sorry, NO EVENTS OR PARTIES. Additional visitors only with prior permission. Fireplace inoperative and NO outside fires permitted. Small pets with prior approval - $100 per pet per stay. Parking for 4 cars.

Comfy one room cabin on private 1 acre lake. Sleeps 6 with two sets bunk beds, 2 cots. Glampers enjoy Solar power, gas stove, frig/freezer, Privy, outdoor hot shower and sink, and safe drinking water at pump. Catch and release fishing with your own gear. Bring life jackets to enjoy paddle boating, kayaking, swimming. Firewood on site, 20 minutes from Route 90, Buckeye Trail, Geauga and Lake County Parks, Lake Erie Beaches, wineries, Amish country, and historic Chardon Square.

Davis Ranch 5 Bedrooms Sleeps 10 & 3 1/2 baths

Overlooking Davis Lake, beautiful sunrises & 8 Acres. Will rent to 2 - 10 people on any given night. Guests will have the entire home as Host does not book more than one guest.
