This 400 sq ft studio cottage and deck offer Catskill Mountain sunsets and seclusion, one mile from Main Street, featuring Otto’s market, Universal Cafe, a wine shop, laundromat and more. Cook delicious meals in an open plan kitchen, sit & watch the Alpacas (it is hard not to smile watching them) from your private deck with views of the Catskills, or spend time unwinding in either of our comfortable living rooms. A family-friendly escape, a 5-minute drive to our quaint town of Germantown, & 15 minutes to the hip town of Hudson. Just a little further & you are in Red Hook or Rhinebeck!
