Located on a lifestyle block this private unit has everything you need and is only 5 minutes drive to Three Parks or 10 minutes into the heart of Wanaka. Location is between Wanaka and the airport, only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. Owned by a young family, please make sure you’re ok with hearing kids and sounds that come from a rural environment

Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.

The Studio Unit doesn't offer cooking facilities, however we are sure that the close proximity to local Cafes, Restaurants, a Boutique Brewery and Takeaways which are all within walking distance, will be to your liking. It is only a short drive to world-class Restaurants, Golf Courses, and Wineries.

A new cottage in beautiful Dalefield at the base of Coronet Peak, only 2k from the ski field. Riverstone Cottage is set within its own 6.5 acres with stunning views in every direction. Everyone is welcome to enjoy our Studio Apartment located on Cherry Tree Farm in Cromwell. Fantastic for a couple, the Studio offers a Queen size bed, full bathroom and a breakfast kitchen with dining table for two. Outside you will find a patio and undercover BBQ area. Guests can discover the joys of our urban farm and say hello to the chickens. Cherry Tree Farm is a five minute drive from Cromwell township and just 40 minutes to Queenstown or Wanaka.

Welcome to the Birchwood Condo! This special place is close to Arrowtown, Millbrook & Coronet making it easy to plan your visit and incredible views of Coronet and Remarkables. If you want a getaway where you relax in this stylish space amongst golden vistas, then you're here. This guest house was completed in 2022 and is very modern. Completely private separate dwelling to the owner's house on the property.
