Nordic influences include Danish lighting and fireplace, outdoor bath, solid timber flooring. Private, rural location close to vineyards and a walk to the lake. Only 8mins drive to Cromwell, 35mins to Wanaka, 50mins to Queenstown.

Perkin’s Lake View Apartment

Private unit, (attached to a main house) one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, hot tub, and outside sitting area over looking the marina and The Remarkables. Cafe's, brewery, wine bars 2 minute walk. Please note it's a shared drive way, and the spa is on the drive way we absolutely respect every guests privacy. we will be sharing the driveway to enter the property, but two separate entrances. Please note two guests only as it is small and cosy.
