A COZY PLACE TO LAND

This an immaculate, quiet and cozy mountain retreat! We have amazing stargazing on the patio. You will see elk walking by very close (there is an "elk highway" right above us). Close to hiking and biking trails. This is a 28 foot travel trailer with a slider. There is a CD player as well as a DVD player. No Wi-fi or TV. It is a place to get away from it all! Coffee, snacks and a bottle of wine ARE included! There are a couple of steps up to the trailer as well as up to the bedroom. NOTE: Winter guest need four wheel drive. You cannot beat the hospitality we offer! See you soon!

Although this is a camper, you'll still enjoy all of the comforts of home (air conditioner, hot water, kitchen essentials, fluffy towels, and soft sheets). You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place. Close to San Tan Regional Park. This is a trailer and we are in there middle of a desert on a dirt road, so it will get dusty inside. If you dislike dust there are hotels in the area. Long term guests are responsible for emptying the tanks, as I do work a full time job and may not be available when you have the tank full. Septic is on site and connected. Long term guests will be responsible for filling up the propane tank.
