A characterful home with exposed wall built from stones of the River Aude. Two minutes walk to a host of local shops/bars/restaurants and twice weekly market. Night market in summer. Swimming, walking, cycling, kayaking all on the doorstep.

Lieu de randonnées de moyenne montagne. Excursions possibles à la journée: châteaux cathares, cité de Carcassonne, Pays d'Andorre, plages méditerranéennes. Lac de Montbel à 20mn.

Chalet Salamandre

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de winter is er een houtkachel. Wij leveren een kruiwagen met stookhout voor €15.

Vous aimez le calme et la nature, alors vous êtes au bon endroit, en effet la route s’achève au gîte. Au-delà, les chemins serpentent dans la pinède et les collines parmi les capitelles. Vous pourrez les découvrir à pied, en VTT avec ou sans pique-nique. Le gîte se situe dans un domaine viticole que vous pourrez visiter. Ancienne écurie du domaine, ce gîte indépendant, climatisé, bénéficie d’une terrasse avec pergola et nous mettons à votre disposition, notre piscine (7.2 m x 3.7m).

Experience the real France. Large sixteenth century house, small sunny and secluded garden, barn. Modern bathrooms and a very high comfort rating with guests e.g. "Best equipped house I have ever stayed in." (August, 2016). Great village with shops, a cafe. Excellent for visiting the Mediterranean beaches, Carcassonne, the Pyrenees, and the Minervois vineyards. Nearest airports Carcassonne (15 mins) and Toulouse (1h 20). Situé à 2 km au dessus du village de Chalabre où vous pourrez trouver toutes les commodités d'un village de 1000 habitants, vous logerez au milieu d'une propriété de 75 hectares face à la chaîne des Pyrénées. Le domaine permet également d'accueillir les vététistes ainsi que les cavaliers et leurs montures.

Récemment restauré et équipé de toutes commodités, également d'un jacuzzi, vous pouvez profiter d'un réel moment de détente avec une vue imprenable sur la Cité Médiévale de Carcassonne. La capacité d'accueil est de 4 personnes. La reservation est possible à partir de 2 personnes.

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The 1700's 'Mountain Village Studio' in Nohèdes (990m alt.) has been fully restored in 2021 with a contemporary interior design overlooking the village square of Nohèdes with stunning views of the valley and mountains. The location with a small terrace ensures a quiet and peaceful setting. There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

Welcome to our stylish townhouse situated in the heart of Quillan. Located just away from the square next to the stunning Eglise de Quillan - Notre Dame de l'Assomption. Plenty of cafes and bars can be found in the square and there is a twice weekly market on a Wednesday and Saturday where you can buy fresh produce. Quillan is a great base to explore the mystery and legend of Aude Cathar Country, with its hillside vineyards and Pyrenean peaks the perfect backdrop.
