We are located at Makorori Beach, just a 15 minute drive from the centre of Gisborne and just 5 minutes further over the hill to popular Wainui. Wainui Magic - quiet coastal retreat

Built in 2017, this 59.9m2 house is situated on a quiet street just 3 minutes walk from Wainui beach, a 20 minute walk to Makorori / Okitu Reserve and 10 minutes drive to Gisborne city. The lounge and dining area is spacious and has a comfy Asko wall fold out queen bed. It is open to the well-appointed full kitchen. The deck has a covered entrance way, and offers additional outdoor living with morning sun and birdsong, as well as afternoon shade in the hottest part of the day.

Magnolia Cottage

Enjoy the quiet area. Listen to all the native birds, swim in the pool, take a walk in our lovely area, or simply relax in the spacious cottage with a drink. Inside, go up the spiral stairs to the cozy mezzanine bedroom (please note that it's low up there). The unique stairs are from the old star observatory on Titirangi (the local maunga/mountain)! The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep 2. There is no kitchen, but there is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle.

Our spacious and comfortable retreat is located in central Gisborne, only a short stroll (200m) away from Ballance Street Village, where you will find great food, coffee and many other bare necessities (post, gift shop, florist, pharmacy, liquor store, etc). Your sunny room is self-contained and situated in a private area of the house with independent access and contactless entry system. Enjoy a luxury king bed, Wi-Fi, TV (freeview, Netflix), workspace and kitchenette.

Super comfy queen bed in master bedroom and 2 singles in second bedroom. We are down a long driveway on a back section so the space is private and secure. On site parking is available at the door with plenty of room for a trailer. There is ample off street parking.
