This lovely apartment is on the second floor of an 1873 Victorian mansion on the North side of town. Very conveniently located about halfway between downtown and Skidmore College. This clean, quiet, owner-occupied house has 2 other apartments. The classic Saratoga front porch, sunny patio in back, and small yard are shared with the host. Kitchen has a small cafe table, dishes/utensils, dishwasher. Bathroom has a deep tub/shower, you’ll have to lift your knee to step in. Memory Foam mattress.

Glens Falls has numerous wonderful restaurants and there is a notebook with many of the menus in the house. There are art galleries, LARAC, The Hyde and the Shirt Factory. Live music and theatre is available at the Wood Theatre, the Park Theatre and Strand Theatre. We are 20 minutes from Lake George and Saratoga.

This lovely renovated 3-room apartment is attached to our 1885 Vermont italianate home, located is historic Middletown Springs, Vermont. We have been working on restoring this house, listed on Vermont's registry of historic homes, for a dozen years now. The apartment has its own entrance, full kitchen, and one spacious bedroom. We also have a full bar with a with pool table and Foos ball table for fun gatherings at home. When it’s time to relax you can enjoy our lighted patio, fire pit and grill.

Waterfront 1-bedroom apartment on 5 acres

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.

Cozy Poultney Village Apartment

I enjoy booking my two-story in-law apartment with a private entrance, which is attached to my 1850 Poultney Village home. I am located a block from Main Street with shops, books, and eateries. I am in the lakes region of Vermont, close to both Lake St. Catherine and Lake Bomoseen. Killington is 35 miles away. We am also located a mile from the NY border and the entrance to Lake George and the Adirondacks.
