You have a separate entrance, are steps away from restaurants such as the DC staple 2 Amys. Plenty of buses take you to the shopping area of Georgetown and to the mall. Plenty of green spaces around us. A great refuge for a busy work or touristic trip. You can use the washer dryer and make coffee.

The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.
