Pristine Lake Location in Vermont

Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

After a day of hiking, skiing or paddle boarding, return your home base for a quiet evening of board games. We are fairly centrally located & close to many outdoor activities & some lovely dining spots: Lake Willoughby (11 mi.); Crystal Lake (6.7 mi.) Craftsbury Outdoor Center (8.2 mi.); Jay Peak (30 mi.); Burke Mountain (31 mi.); Parker Pie Pizza (2.8 mi.); Hill Farmstead Brewery (18 mi.); andThe Manor at Runaway Pond (3.8 mi.). We also have a 6 acre front yard complete with a 1 acre pond you are welcome to fish and relax by. After a long day enjoying all the rustic beauty and small town charm that Vermont has to offer, you can warm yourself by our pellet stove which heats both floors of our over 1,600 sq ft 4 bedroom, 2 full baths home. 6 guests max [infants included].

VAST and VASA trails are accessible from the property and the back roads are great for biking and walks.

Sitting up high in the fields and forest of northeast VT, Feel Good Farm is rich with wildlife, prime for woods walking/cross-country skiing, star gazing, and slowing down. Our 150 acres abut a 968-acre East Hill Wildlife Management Area. Hunters welcome! We're an easy drive to VT's best attractions.

Located in the heart of Brownington Village, and about 15 miles from the Canadian border, our property allows for easy access to many scenic locations. Enjoy all that Vermont's Northeast Kingdom has to offer including many beautiful lakes, hiking trails, bike paths, and ski areas. There are about a dozen homes in the village and you will hear traffic going by, including horses and buggies carrying our Amish neighbors.
