A quick walk gets you to the beach at Shadow Lake, one of the area's best kept secrets. A 5 minute drive brings you to town. VAST and VASA trails are accessible from the property and the back roads are great for biking and walks.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located upstairs apartment. Walk to many restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as St. Johnsbury Academy, The Fairbanks Museum and Planetarium and the Athenaem. Ann’s Schoolhouse is a beautiful Historic Schoolhouse built in 1901 and nestled in the green mountains of Vermont. Complete with the original school bell, chalk board and desks from 1901 you'll take a trip back in time when you visit! The Kirby Hideaway

Close to restaurants, family activities, nightlife, and the beach. Gorgeous mountainous views, private space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business, families, and furry friends. It's electric car friendly plug on side of house. Fast internet starlink 443 mbps down load and 450 mbps up load. Security camera on the front of house facing the front door and down the driveway. Second security camera is facing the front of house and parking lot.

One bedroom house in pastoral setting with deck, small pond and screened in sitting area. Newly renovated kitchen and full bath. Kick back with a book in front of the stove after a day on the trails or out on the amazing NE kingdom gravel roads at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center (4 mi). Short stroll to maple buns at the Genny or Creemees at Village Store (1/2 mi). Spend the day on the lake at Caspian (8 mi). Stock up at Hill Farmstead Brewery (10 mi).

The Saunahaus is centrally located near the Waterbury Park & Ride and within walking distance to downtown Waterbury. Burlington, Montpelier, Stowe Mountain Resort and Sugarbush are all within a 30 minute drive. The house offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, an electric finish style barrel sauna with river access, an infrared sauna located in one of the bedrooms, a gas fireplace, a bbq, two porches and a full kitchen.
