[HOT TUB] Twin Rivers Tiny House, Latvian Retreat

The Tiny Home is an Escape ONE XL (with HOT TUB) ,388 square feet including two lofts- each with a queen bed. The bathroom is very spacious for a tiny home, complete with a standard bathtub/shower and a Separett composting toilet from Sweden. The maple cabinetry kitchen is complete with a gas cooktop/oven, as well as a full size fridge. It has a comfortable living space with a sofa bed couch and a TV/Roku Bluetooth Soundbar, the main loft also has a TV/Roku. As well as A/C and heating to relax.

Escape to nature in our Manzanita Tiny Cabin. This is one of two tiny houses on our property. Enjoy the views and the stars on the peaceful 24 acres this cabin shares. Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include stocked kitchen with Keurig, queen bed, sofa bed, and small sleeping loft w/queen mattress. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, stargazing or playing the 6-hole disc golf course.

Secluded Off Grid A Frame tiny home on a 300-acre ranch nestled deep in the forest. This unique property has an organic 30-acre walnut orchard, thriving off rainfall and an aquifer. We implement multi species grazing and have an array of animals that free range the property during the day including goats, sheep, horses, chickens, peacocks, pigs & alpacas. You have the choice to tour the farm or you can choose to have complete seclusion and privacy. The main ranch house is 1/2 mile away.

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. This is a private guest house which is adjacent to the owners home. It is nestled next to beautiful 100 ft cedar, dogwood & pine trees on 2 wooded acres. This 400 sq ft guest house has a full kitchen, living room with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk-in shower, one bedroom with a queen size bed. Bedroom has its own entrance to the large deck. There is a loft that can accommodate additional guests. Located just 3 1/2 miles from downtown Grass Valley and 5 miles from Nevada City, CA.

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft walk from the room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.

This historic miner's cabin, which has been renovated, is located in the heart of Apple Hill, in the Sierra Nevada foothills, and overlooks a small meadow and creek. Walk to nearby farms, breweries & wineries or just relax on the back deck and enjoy the scenery. Visit nearby historic Placerville, its galleries, restaurants, shops & more! Raft, ski, kayak, or just explore our 40-acre farm trails! (We are pet friendly.)

This hosted rental is the perfect little getaway in the country. It is located on a mini farm complete with goats, chickens, dogs and a huge garden that you will have access to and is close to ALL the outdoor activities you can think of including hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, hunting and more. We are minutes from world famous trails, 10 minutes from the river, and an hour from the ski slopes. There is just so much to do right outside of our doors!
