Designed as a space of respite for our visiting friends and family, every aspect of care for this unit is handled by us. We're not a boutique hotel, and we don't own a dozen other units. We just love hosting, and we hope you'll feel that through our offerings - an exceptionally private, clean, and comfortable unit with a variety of little extras to make you feel at home.

Escape & relax in this farmhouse cottage. This is a small 2-story house, NOT a studio. Enjoy a glass of wine in the swinging chair, or curl up with a book or laptop in the upstairs reading nook. This property boasts a full kitchen, large fridge-freezer, shower bathroom w/ laundry, & beautiful, rustic interior style. Private fenced back yard *Street parking only (it's free 24/7) - The driveway is private property of the main house. The sofa doubles as a twin sized bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress

Our cottage has an open loft style floor plan. Spacious, quiet, and light filled. 1.5 baths and 2 stories. Modern and elegant finishes on everything. Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Private parking right in front of the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.

The bathroom features a slipper tub/shower. Bedrooms offer plush beds & soft linens. Unwind in our fenced yard, featuring a propane firepit and comfy seating for cozy evenings. Find your landing place in a botanical boutique nestled on a quiet neighborhood street centrally located near one of Seattle's most sought-after neighborhoods: Ballard. Surrounded by old growth Cedars - a peaceful oasis without the bustling sounds of the city! Stocked with the necessary amenities for relaxing getaways to business trips, including a full kitchen and coffee/tea bar. The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.
