Winter Park, Rollins college, lou gardens, Orlando Science Center, Advent Heath, Orlando health, Dr. Phillips center, Ivanhoe, lake eola, camping world stadium and the Kia center, are all in the immediate area. UCF, Full Sail and Florida Central too.

Our cozy cottage is located within minutes of some of the best areas, restaurants, bars, and attractions Orlando has to offer. Winter Park and College Park are 3-5 minute drives, Disney and Universal only 20 minutes, etc. The interior is chic and inviting, with a homey feel. Enjoy the fireplace, play some board games, soak in bath salts in the claw foot tub, curl up on the porch with a coffee and read one of our provided books— it’s so peaceful you’ll have a hard time leaving for the day!

Peculiar One bedroom Studio.

"(Non Smoker and No Pets)". This is an amazing and comfortable studio. It is a separate portion of my home with a reserved parking space on our driveway In the kitchen there is a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave and a coffee maker. There is also an under counter washer and dryer. The sitting area includes a small couch with a twin mattress. This place is close to Walmart and Publix (5 minutes away). All attractions including Disney, Sea World and Universal are within 20-30minutes.

On Edgewater Drive there are restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. Currently opening up this space for long term rentals (20-60 days). Perfect for travel nurses- about 10 min drive to Orlando Advent Health Hospital. This spot is perfect for 1 or 2 people looking for a private, welcoming place to stay! It is completely separate but does share a wall with the owners unit, so you could potentially hear some noises through there. The fenced in back yard is shared as well, both back doors open up to the yard. Its about 10 mins from downtown Orlando

Winter Park Pearl 6 min drive to historic Park Ave

This Winter Park cottage was built in 1954 with original hardwood flooring. Take a 5 min drive to and through historical Winter Park to access shops and restaurants on the coveted Park Ave. It is the perfect central location to access beaches, Universities, Orlandos events, and the best restaurants. The Cottage A Pet Friendly Guesthouse

Welcome to The Cottage! A pet friendly, super cute, and quiet studio apartment built in 2016, located above the detached garage behind my house. Pets always stay for free, and no additional cleaning fees are charged. Private self access is provided so you come and go as you please. The unit has a full kitchen, king sized bed, 4 pillows, 100% cotton sheets and coverlet. Laundry detergent and dish soap are provided. Trash is located on the west sideof the building.

Luxe Guesthouse w/Pool/Hot tub-Near Rollins/UCF

This luxury guesthouse (on the same property as our main house but they are completely separate) is a hidden oasis conveniently located in the middle of downtown Winter Park (Rollins College/Full Sail) and UCF. It's roughly 10 minutes to each. Close to 417 expressway (toll road) so you can easily get around to the other areas of Orlando. Note: The guesthouse is 35 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Universal Studios and 20 minutes to Orlando International Airport.
