Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Apartment on the first floor of a semi-detached house with a large garden, 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Solanas. Ideal for 4 people, the apartment, located on the first floor, consists of two bedrooms, entrance with kitchen, bathroom with shower and a comfortable terrace. The house has private parking.

The Olive Grove

The House is in rustic style surrounded by an olive grove, it is composed of a large living room with a characteristic fireplace and wooden countertop. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The bedrooms have both a double bed and one has an additional single bed. A fifth room serves as a closet.
