The Porch Upstate Super clean

Halcottsville is a tiny hamlet In the heart of the Catskills .The porch is a compound with an old general store built in 1890 which is available for rent .We also have a restored barn , gardens and Apple orchard . The Bungalow is super private and still right on Main Street in Halcottsville. We will definitely will share our veggies and fruit with you . We have 3 sheep , 10 chickens and 5 barn cats .Halcottsville has its own post office ,voluntary fire department and a beautiful Lake.

The Sparrow House is a beautiful farmhouse with a private trail to a majestic 120' waterfall. With vintage wallpapers, eclectic antiques, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor cedar sauna, a large fenced in yard surrounded by honeysuckle vines and a spectacular mountain view, the house is a perfect getaway spot in unspoiled nature and still-wild forests of the Catskills. If you’re going to “Allstar Village” their schedule does not align with this. The 2026 season is 5/31-8/23/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.
