Located on a quiet, beautiful country road in Unadilla, NY sits our cozy 900 sq ft Hilltop Camp with an incredible view that lets you see for miles. We are a few short minutes from the Gilbertsville Farmhouse, Far View Farms, and also conveniently located to Cooperstown All Star Village (17 miles) and Cooperstown Dreams Park (37 miles). Copes Corner Park is 3 miles away where you can fish or launch a kayak. The Unadilla Drive-In, breweries, snowmobile trails, and places to hike are also nearby.

Located between Cooperstown (12miles downtown) and Oneonta (7miles to downtown) because of its central location, you can enjoy many local shops, family owned restaurants, many local breweries and on a bus route. Tall Pines Cottage has a cozy, bright atmosphere. Relax on the patio with fire pit & grill or enjoy the yard games. The lake access affords kayaking, swimming, and receive 20% off a guided fishing trip with Reels and Rods guide service. Kayaks available for use.

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.
