The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

House Arupium nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini rijeke Gacke, svega 3 km od središta grada Otočca. Kuća je površine 60 m2, te je kompletno opremljena. Posjeduje terasu ispred kuće sa pogledom na rijeku i planine, te manju terasu koja se nalazi na samoj rijeci. Kuća je potpuno obnovljena i namještena sa novim namještajem.

STARA KUĆA-OLD STONE HOUSE

Adaptirana stara kamena kuća izuzetne arhitekture o kojoj se vrlo pozitivno očitovao konzervatorski ured iz Rijeke. Vjerodostojni dokumenti govore o izgradnji s početka 19.stoljeća. Ovalni kameni svodovi unutar objekta raritetni su primjer autohtone gradnje u ovom kraju.
