Admire a majestic sunset from the balcony with views across the red-tiled rooftops of Lisbon. Then slip into a secret Jacuzzi with cocktails and good company. In the morning, make breakfast in an open and airy living space with high vaulted ceilings. Upstairs you'll find the living room with a flat-screen cable TV, the Wifi router, the complete kitchenette with all the necessary utensils, the dining table/area, and the sunny balcony with a Jacuzzi. Downstairs are the 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a double bed (1 is a suite) + 1 bedroom with 2 beds and one more bathroom with shower, This apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 persons. If you are travelling with a baby please inform us, so we can provide you a baby cot for your baby to sleep. The entire apartment is for your use. But, when you are few people and you don't need a bedroom, we kindly ask you to shut it, so we can do better prices ;-) What can I do to enliven your stay: - Book a Restaurant of Fresh Fish and Seafood, next to the River. - Book a Restaurant with Fado and Portuguese folklore show - To book or design a one day tour in Lisbon or to the best places to go from Lisbon in a one day tour. (from Algarve to Oporto) - Book your transfer to and from the airport - Go shopping for you and so on arrival have your stuffed pantry :-) The apartment is in a quiet residential area that's walking distance to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and theaters. Take public transport to the historic center for cinemas, monuments, museums, markets, aquatic sports, nightlife, and beaches. Our apartment is located in the center of a triangle designed by 3 subway exits: Arroios, Alameda and Olaias, all within a 5-7 minute walk from the apartment. In the Square next to the apartment there is a bus terminal with careers that cover practically all of Lisbon, being very easy to reach the train stations, the historical center, the beach, the river and the Airport, of course! :-) To park your car, you can do it on the streets around the apartment is paid during the working days at working hours. Is free from 7pm until 9am, at the weekend and holiday. Rentals longer than 10 nights are obliged to have our cleaning at least every 10 days (including changing of linens and bath towels) the guest can ask for cleaning before the 10 days period: Price per cleaning: 60€ to be paid by the guest. Our place is between to Martim Moniz Square, from where the TRAM 28 starts and Rossio Square, one of the main squares of Lisbon. You easily get by foot to the most emblematic places, like the Castle, the Cathedral, the Commerce Square... From the bedroom and from the living room you have a fantastic view over the old town. It is a quiet and clean place, but in an old building. Please be aware, that there are quite a lot of steps to climb to get to out apartment.

This entire building has been renovated during this last year. It is a small building with just 3 apartments all full of light. The apartment is on the 1st floor. It is a super calm flat with a large and spacious kitchen and a big balcony overlooking our garden below. We are about 2' away from RATO square and from here you can easily walk into the centre or take a bus or metro in the square. We are just two stops away from the old main centre.
