Sweetbay Villa is a multi-unit property(6 apartments)situated in Hvar town,on a small hill, 800 meters far from the main square(St.Stephen square) It is available for rent as a whole or by units individually. We are also available for special events. Our property offers great views of the ocean, spectacular sunsets and a spacious yard with a casual, relaxed environment to enjoy. It is a short walk to the heart of Hvar town( 10 or 12 minutes by walk or 2 minutes by car)

Our detached house, Villa Boric, has a beautiful view over the sea. Sunset is a must see! The house is surrounded with a lovely garden with olive and fig trees. The sea is only 50 metres away. You can walk along the waterfront to the city centre of Stari Grad - this enjoyable stroll takes about 10 minutes. Please note that the whole house and garden are at your disposal except for the garage (parking place is available in front of the house!). There are no other guests/owners at the property.

A mixture of vintage and modern comfort, the apartment (Holiday House) in the heart of Old Town, located next to the sea and away from the town beach 10 min walk. In 2018, on the second floor we arranged a small night-time toilet for greater comfort. For the summer of 2019, we offer our guests an air conditioner in all the rooms in the house. From 2021, we offer our guests private, free of charge on street parking for one car some 200m from house.
