Kindly note: Parking is free of charge and available on-site. Only one parking spot is available on site. The use of the jacuzzi is not available between January 1 and March 31. Self check in. Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Also has great equipped kitchen , new windows with excellent shutters ( complete dark) and mosquito net. Nobody lives at the place, what makes it even more great for people who take two apartments, because of complete privacy that provides. You are all welcome :)

Villa Kapar is over 200 year old stone house fully renovated in 2016. Villa is situated on island Čiovo and it is part of the old Trogir center. Apartment "Šufit" is on third floor. Apartment is 4 star studio apartment luxury furnished, among other things with air-conditon, Wi-Fi, smart TV, safe. The apartment is situated in very vicinity of restaurants, bars, shops, bus station, boat station, marinas and other. You are welcome to visit us.

Located in Duga bay, just a few steps from the beach and a restaurant, you can enjoy your stay surrounded by the smell of pines and sounds of birds and sea. Due to a partially secluded location, the wifi connection is not great, so bare this in mind if you plan to work while staying with us.
