Apartman se nalazi u mirnom mjestu Vrsi udaljen 5 km od povjesnog grada Nina, te 20 km od Zadra. Dućan,bankomat i pošta nalaze se 30 m od apartmana, a do mora vam treba par minuta autom do plaža koje su prelijepe i raznovrsne, od pješčanih plaža do šljunkovitih uvala kojih ima na desetke i koje su poprilično neotkrivene, pa ćete moći uživati u svom miru.
