Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Dieses Traum-Chalet mit ca. 200 m² Nutzfläche haben wir im Jahr 2020 fertiggestellt, um gemeinsam mit unseren zwei Kindern unsere Urlaube im wunderschönen Lachtal zu verbringen. Egal, ob du im Wohnzimmer, am Esstisch, auf der Terrasse, im Garten oder im Whirlpool bist – überall genießt du einen herrlichen Blick auf die umliegende Berglandschaft.

In der Sauna mit grandiosem Bergpanorama kannst du entspannen und anschließend auf dem großzügigen Balkon auf Chill-Möbeln die grandiose Aussicht genießen. Unsere gemütliche Zirbitzhütte mit Sauna und Kamin befindet sich direkt am Waldrand mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Berge des Naturparks Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen in einer Seehöhe von 1050 Metern. Direkt vor der Haustüre beginnen die Wanderwege, das schneesichere Skigebiet Grebenzen ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auf der großzügigen, teilweise überdachten Terrasse hört man das Rauschen des nahegelegenen Gebirgsbaches, Sonnenanbeter kommen hier voll auf Ihre Kosten

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...
