Come experience picturesque Vermont in this private, 380sq ft cozy cottage; nestled on the wood line at a quaint seasonal New England campground. Full kitchen, 1/2 bath & access to coin-op laundry on site. Pets OK on a case-by-case basis. The Cottage is set by itself with ample amounts of privacy. Come and enjoy this beautiful part of New England! Guests have access to a hot tub on site located inside next to the Bath House. The spa is shared between guests in the Cottage and Studio apartment.

Take a break from the hiking trails at The Suite at The Patio. The Suite has been completely remodeled and updated as of July 2024. The suite features a full kitchen, living room, with pull-out couch (a folding single also), brand new bathroom, and queen bedroom. You will also find a full screened in porch with optimal seating and mountain views. The suite also has access to all shared the amenities of The Patio property, including the pool, swing set, shared patio/fire pit space, and more.

This classic Vermont farm estate has everything that description implies: end-of-the-road privacy with breathtaking views, where the only sound is the wind rustling through the leaves. A cooks (happy place) kitchen. A large living room with a fireplace & direct access to the walk out deck with breathtaking views.

This is a centrally located cottage. Situated in the heart of North Woodstock, the location allows walking to all restaurants, brew pubs and bars. River swimming is available at Cascades Park. Sunrises over the mountains. A relaxing hide away featuring 180 feet of river frontage and a spring fed pond to enjoy. The location provides a perfect hub for all the area activities such as, hiking, skiing, fishing or biking, etc. Town sponsored music across the street Saturdays in July & August.

Located at the end of a shared drive and along a large wooded area, our home is peaceful with minimal noise and light pollution. Close to many local attractions like the Ice Castles, Flume Gorge, Franconia Notch State Park, and Cannon Mountain Ski Resort. Short drive to many great restaurants and breweries in North Woodstock and Lincoln.

The Barn

This is a sweet, private, timber-frame barn apartment with lots of light, character and creature comforts. It's warm and cozy in the winter and cool and airy in Summer. With a view of our garden and apple trees, you are close to lakes, streams, mountain hikes and some of the best cycling and cross-country skiing in Vermont. A quarter mile walk gets you to Peacham Village and it's lovely Cafe. Groton State Forest and the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail are so close. Hope to see you!

Private guesthouse in Lebanon

This cozy one-room guesthouse is located on a quiet street off the green in downtown Lebanon, NH. It offers a private entrance with access to a lovely outdoor patio and gas grill. The room has high ceilings, a full-sized bed, a bathroom/shower, and a kitchenette with coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, and compact fridge. A short walk away from restaurants and cafes and a 12-minute drive to Dartmouth College. Please note that there is no kitchen sink or stove.

Addie's Place

A cozy and quiet space close to Dartmouth College (8 mins), Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital (12 mins), and White River Junction Center (5 mins). You will have a private entrance to the space and access to a yard, a 3 season patio room, bedroom with a queen sized bed and queen pullout couch, a separate dining area, grill, and a private bathroom. There is no kitchen but there is a mini fridge, table, coffee/tea bar, plates, utensils, mugs, and a microwave.

Willow Brook Cabin

Come enjoy a quiet get-a-way in beautiful Peacham, Vermont. Willow Brook Cabin is a newly restored log cabin on the edge of the woods. Large deck, outdoor shower and easy access to field walks and back country roads. Many lakes for kayaking. Great biking in the area. There is no full kitchen, simply a fridge,microwave and coffee/tea maker. Water is very pure and drinkable.
