This private accessory unit is attached to our historic brick house, built in 1820. It's ~15 minutes to Hanover NH, and provides all the essentials—including coffee, laundry, air conditioning, and reliable internet. Surrounded by green spaces, from the meadow in the backyard to the community garden across the street, it's still close to area attractions. We are on a state route, three minutes to the interstate (I-91). You can walk to trails and a covered bridge over a waterfall.

This private studio space is located on our walkout basement level. You will have your own entry with a parking spot in our easy access carport. We are a 15 minute walk to many of the popular businesses on Main Street and there is easy access to I-93 for all the outdoor activities in the White Mountain region. Downtown! Studio w 3/4 Bathroom. Private Entrance!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
