Great for contactor crews. We are at 3700' so we have moderate climate year round. Plenty of parking for your large vehicles and trailers. This is one half of a duplex style residence with a private entrance and fully separate living space. The other side is occupied by the owners.

Direct access to walking quiet desert walking areas. Interesting ancient archeological areas very close.
