Rockhaven, a romantic getaway is a rare find. Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

Sit back, relax, and take in stunning sunsets over Lake Champlain with sweeping views of the Adirondacks. Downtown Burlington is a quick 30-minute drive, while the islands themselves offer a variety of restaurants and breweries within 5–10 minutes. For avid cyclists, the cottage is about 9 miles from the Island Line Trail parking area—the starting point for the ferry to the Lake Champlain Causeway. From there, it’s another scenic 10 miles along the bike path to Burlington’s Waterfront Park.

House is on a quiet street- and bedrooms have room darkening curtains which means a great night’s rest!
