Spacious open, quiet, private, surrounded by trees. At the end of a dead-end road only 1 mile from Traverse City's West Bay, and in a quiet wooded area with wooded trails. Close to downtown Traverse City (1 mile), TART trail (.5 mile), Sleeping Bear Dunes (20 miles). Private access and designated parking area. Sleep with the windows open (not in the winter, please) and listen to the owls, wind rustling through trees, and enjoy nature without light pollution. Great spot for bird watchiing.

The guest suite is artfully done with privacy, quiet and magnificent views of the bay kept in mind. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with seating areas throughout including private decks on the beach. Although we love pets and children, the carriage house suite is not designed for either.

The living room has two couches, two chairs, books and a smart TV. King in master with Roku TV, two sets of bunk beds in 2nd bedroom. Our guesthouse is designed to be friendly to large or small families, couples or groups traveling together, or just one couple. Quiet neighborhood; big parties, bachelor parties, etc. are not allowed.
