The 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house boasts a Master King bedroom with ensuite, A second bedroom with Queen bed as well as a bedroom with two double beds. On the main floor is a wheelchair accessible Queen bedroom and bathroom, spacious open concept kitchen, dining room and living room, vaulted ceilings, large TV and Fireplace. Washer and dryer room as well as full garage.

The Carriage House was built with high-end, locally sourced materials and superb craftsmanship. It has a full kitchen with most large and small appliances. There are two bathrooms---one with a shower and free-standing tub; the other with a walk-in shower. There are two bedrooms-- one with a queen size bed; the other with two twin beds. It also has a wood burning fireplace, ( wood supplied ), excellent WiFi, satellite TV/netflix, gas barbecue ( gas supplied ), a patio with table and chairs.
