Fresh spring water flows though the property a gravity‑fed system, our on‑site waterfall generates clean hydroelectric power. A modern take on the classic Australian beach shack, the house is designed for the Queensland tropics. There are two pavilions, one for living and the other for sleeping, all with large glass sliding doors that open up to let the environment in.
