Nestled at the base of Mt Ogden in a quiet, charming neighborhood. The Luxury Loft is a peaceful retreat for a couple or singles at the end of a day spent outdoors in beautiful Utah. It is a mere 25 minutes from Snowbasin Ski Resort, 3 minutes from multiple trailheads leading to waterfalls and scenic overlooks, and 5 minutes from Downtown Ogden where you will find local cuisine and shopping gems. No matter what brings you to Ogden, a little luxury will make your stay an unforgettable adventure.

Farmhouse Retreat- Skiing/ long stays/ short stays

This suite is part of the new guesthouse portion of our home. Our charming home was originally built in 1936 (by a wonderful couple I was blessed to know) but has since undergone many additions and remodels. We are in love with it and the gorgeous mountains surrounding us. With hiking/mountain biking trailheads < 1 mile away, reservoirs, rivers, and ski resorts close by, there's plenty to get out and do, or just enjoy our farmhouse retreat on over an acre of grass, fruit trees, and gardens.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. Just 5 minutes to cottonwood canyons and 20 minutes to downtown SLC sites, you will enjoy staying in this newly remodeled space. This is a cozy studio apartment in a walk-out basement. You will have your own uncovered parking space off the street, a private 6'X6' storage unit for skis and bikes, a beautiful patio and key code access to the private entrance. No smoking or vaping anywhere on property.

This suite is the perfect getaway to explore the beautiful Morgan Valley and the mountains around Snowbasin year round. Very quiet home with a private entrance, patio w/ fire pit, full kitchen, viewing area, bathroom w/ luxurious bathtub & separate shower. Main room has a power reclining couch and TV with all of the steaming apps. Includes access to a very nice large hot tub. Easy access from I-84, 15 minutes to Snowbasin, 30 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City, and 35 to the SLC airport.

Luxury Private Suite w/ King Bed + Sofa Sleeper

This contemporary, comfortable, clean, private mother-in-law apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood and has an open floor plan to relax & rest in style. Just a short drive to multiple ski resorts, Lagoon, Park City, downtown SLC, recreational lakes, hiking/biking trails & Antelope Island. There's many great restaurants in the area, and a grocery store within walking distance. Layton Hills Mall is about 5 miles away & there's a Sam's Club within 5 miles & a Costco within 10 miles.

The living area provides ample room to gather for games, conversation or television viewing on the 65" SmartTV monitor.

Our basement, guest-suite apartment is nestled at the foothills of Salt Lake, offering a breathtaking sunset view of the valley. The private entrance is connected to our main residence through the carport of our home. Our peaceful neighborhood has convenient freeway access and just minutes from University of Utah, Downtown, and Park City. Nature enthusiasts will relish the proximity to Millcreek, Emigration, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, perfect for hiking, skiing, and biking.

Newly remodeled, private, basement apartment with separate entrance. Our space is a large studio apartment with a full size kitchen, washer and dryer for your private use. ** Please note that above the apartment is the hosts kitchen area. With a family of 7 living in the house there can be a fair amount of foot traffic and noise.** Approx. 15 min. from SLC airport, 37 min.Snowbird, 27 min. to downtown Salt Lake. This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs.

We are 10 minutes to I-15 providing easy access to many Utah County attractions & businesses. We are just 35 minutes to either Provo or Salt Lake.
