You'll find that this home is conveniently located just seconds from Greek Peak Mountain Resort, 10-minutes away from downtown Cortland, and 25-minutes from downtown Ithaca. Enjoy amazing views of the surrounding hills and two-acres of yard from the 360 sq. ft. back porch which runs the length of the home. The year-round hot tub, beautiful outdoor porch, and large firepit are all ready and waiting for you!

The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

B&B 44 is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in Arcadia Village down the street from Greek Peak Mountain Resort and Hope Lake Lodge. Located within walking distance from skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and canoeing, and within two hours of driving to nearby Ithaca, Rochester and Syracuse, you can visit any time of year for a relaxing or action-packed getaway. This home originally belonged to our grandparents, who ran a bed and breakfast for 40 years.

This stylish place is close to must-see destinations. Greek Peak ski resort with all season attractions, Suny State and Cornell University, Fingerlakes wine trails. Private spacious apartment with all amenities, located 15 minutes drive from Ithaca, NY. To relax during your stay, you can pour yourself a hot bath, unwind in the living-room or enjoy the outdoor deck with view on the 1 acre property. Other tenants include our poodle (Angélique) and Trouble, our outdoor cat. If you feel butch, you can start a fire and relax around our bonfire area or strip in your swimsuit and hop in our hot tub.
