Guests have complete and private access of upstairs residential unit and private upstairs terrace balcony. Guests have shared access to all outdoor living spaces including the Front Porch, Back Yard Patio, and the Backyard Terrace Patio with Fireplace. Please use the handrail leading to the house due to uneven/level steps and accompany children Guest will have own private space. Hosts lives in lower unit and will be available as needed to help facilitate stay. With 25 different arts and cultural venues, more than 30 permanent performing arts groups, and 22 various entertainment facilities, Midtown features the largest concentration of arts facilities and organizations in the Southeast. All options available here. Close proximity to many attractions and Piedmont Park, makes walking a viable option. Street parking available with residential parking pass. Marta Midtown Transit station is a 12-15 minute walk. Uber is a common travel method. But our favorite mode is a bicycle ride to Piedmont Park or the Atlanta Beltline Trail. The Woodfuff on Ponce is an Atlanta landmark built in 1907 by architect G.L. Norman. It has been beautifully renovated to feature a chic open layout with pops of colors while maintaining the building's historical integrity. This unit is on the third level, a four flight walk up, with an expansive open floor plan and a beautiful bay window overlooking Midtown. Please note that this is an urban setting. The building has been restored with new windows, doors and drywall, even so it is possible that you will hear faint noises of the city. While we do offer one gated off street parking space, we cannot accommodate over size vehicles large than a mid size suv or a mini van. No Escalades, suburbans or large trucks. The entire 3B unit and one gated assigned parking spot is all yours! Christina is always available by text or message. The Woodruff on Ponce is in a great, convenient location. Walk to Ponce City Market's vibrant dining and shopping just a few blocks away. Head to Piedmont Park for a scenic afternoon stroll, and enjoy downtowns bustling nightlife and entertainment. The Woodruff is on the bus line, close to two Marta Stations (Peachtree Center and Midtown Arts)and uber is always within 2 minutes. The city also has Bird and Lime scooters as well as motorized and non motorized bikes. If you are traveling with a car you will have one off street, gated assigned parking space. We can provide only one parking space per reservation. The building has a total of six units. Urban noises may be heard at times. Pets are considered, please ask before booking. You will be given a key fob to enter building and a electronic gate opener if you have a car. If either are lost there will be a $200 replacement fee.

It's an old fashioned airbnb - we live here, and you're like our downstairs tenants for the time you're here. We'll leave you alone unless you need us.
