It is a 5 minute drive to Greymouth and a 1 km to the start of the Point Elizabeth scenic bush walk. This is a great bush walk mainly sheltered with good native bush cover. This older style 3- bedroom home doesnt get any closer to Hokitika township. Located right in the CBD, it is a couple hundred metres from every amenity you need....the beach, restaurants, New World, shops etc etc. It has a large private backyard, with seating, fireplace and BBQ area. Please note: this house DOES NOT have a table & chairs and dishwasher.
